For our next speaker we will be taking a journey further into the people profession when we look at ‘Behavioural Science’ and the affect it has on ‘Ethics & Compliance’.  Our speaker for the day will be Christian Hunt, a former Compliance officer who is now a ‘thought leader’ in the Behavioural Science space.

Christian Hunt  – Bringing Behavioural Science to Ethics & Compliance

Christian Hunt is the founder of Human Risk Limited, a Behavioral Science Consulting and Training Firm, specialising in the fields of Risk, Compliance, Conduct and Culture.

He was previously Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC) for UBS EMEA and Global Head of C&ORC for UBS Asset Management. Having pioneered the use of Behavioral Science in these functions, he became Head of Behavioral Science at UBS; a role specifically created for him. Prior to joining UBS, Christian was Chief Operating Officer of the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), a subsidiary of the Bank of England responsible for the regulation of Financial Services. He joined the PRA’s predecessor organisation, the FSA, as Head of Department, International Banking Supervision.
