Dealing With Stress During Covid

For months now the newspapers have been covered with articles about Covid and phrases like ‘unprecendented times’ and the ‘new normal’ seem to be more and more prevalent but one thing is evidently true and that’s the way in which we engage with work has changed.  Whether that is for now, for the long term or what the future will hold, we are not yet sure.  However, one thing is worrying and that’s the differing levels of stress caused by these situations we find ourselves in.

I thought some might find it helpful to look at a recent articl produced by the British Psychological Society on Covid related stress.
