  • A global hedge fund based in Mayfair are looking to hire within their PnL/risk function – the position is a 1 year FTC but given the considerable AUM and headcount of the business, further internal opportunities may arise during the contracted period. An in depth understanding of pricing, valuations and PnL is a must due to the need for the successful applicant to hit the ground running. For the right candidate the firm will pay up to £80k base.
  • Looking to speak with graduates who have a strong academic background and an industrial placement or sandwich year within financial services for two roles with different funds.
    • o The first is a junior Treasury hire into a top-tier systematic hedge fund who have experienced considerable growth through strong performance (role paying up to £40k base plus bonus).
    • o The second position is a broad middle-office opportunity with an established firm who have an excellent track record for development (qualifications funded, including CFA) and internal movement (role paying up to £45k base plus bonus).

Both offer excellent training/support and the opportunity to join a leading hedge funds as a first job post graduation is rare – relevant treasury or middle-office experience during the placement period is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.

  • A leading European Asset Manager are looking to hire a Trade Support Manager into their London office. Reporting into the Head of Middle Office the successful candidate will be the middle office lead alongside their day to day BAU. Although this is a managerial position, previous managerial experience is not a pre-requisite and senior middle office candidates will be considered. Candidates must have solid Fixed Income exposure. This opportunity will have 6 direct reports. Position paying up to £75k base plus bonus.
  • City based systematic hedge fund are looking to make two growth hires within their middle office team. Candidates will be responsible for post execution trade lifecycle management and external counterparty management – excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-4 years’ experience looking to the move to a leading hedge fund. Roles will pay between £35-50k base plus bonus.
  • Leading macro hedge fund are looking to make a mid/senior level addition within middle-office. The role will cover a range of asset classes but previous exposure to cleared or bilateral derivatives is a must. The fund has an outstanding track record for internal progression, long tenure and strong total comp packages. This position is paying up to £70k base plus bonus (usually c. 25-30%). The line manager is happy to review profiles from both the buy and sell side and as such, could be a rare opportunity for a senior MO banking candidate to make the transition to a fund.
  • Operations Associate role with a leading global Hedge Fund, paying up to £60k depending on experience – role will focus on T+1 process and will incorporate BAU responsibilities as well as project work. Successful candidate would have daily exposure to external stakeholders and the trading desk.
