  • A leading European Asset Manager are looking to hire a Trade Support Manager into their London office. Reporting into the Head of Middle Office the successful candidate will be the middle office lead alongside their day to day BAU. Although this is a managerial position, previous managerial experience is not a pre-requisite and senior middle office candidates will be considered. Candidates must have solid Fixed Income exposure. This opportunity will have 6 direct reports. Position paying up to £75k base plus bonus.
  • City based systematic hedge fund are looking to make two growth hires within their middle office team. Candidates will be responsible for post execution trade lifecycle management and external counterparty management – excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-4 years experience looking to the move to a leading hedge fund. Roles will pay between £35-50k base plus bonus.
  • A scientifically-driven asset manager are looking to make their first middle-office hire outside of the Head of Operations. The requirement has come about through a period of significant growth and would be an excellent opportunity for candidates rolling off a banking operations graduate scheme with 3-5 years experience (fixed income exposure preferable; CDS, IRS, Repo, Bonds, FX and Futures). Given where the firm are in their lifecycle, this could be a defining position for a candidate with the right attitude and approach to work. This position is paying up to £55k base plus bonus – the firm are looking to see CV’s as soon as possible.
  • Leading macro hedge fund are looking to make a mid/senior level addition within middle-office. The role will cover a range of asset classes but previous exposure to cleared or bilateral derivatives is a must. The fund has an outstanding track record for internal progression, long tenure and strong total comp packages. This position is paying up to £70k base plus bonus (usually c. 25-30%). The line manager is happy to review profiles from both the buy and sell side and as such, could be a rare opportunity for a senior MO banking candidate to make the transition to a fund.
  • An award winning quant investment manager with a global presence are looking to add headcount within their treasury function. The position would provide a more technical and front-facing remit than traditional operations support roles. Previous exposure to margin, cash management and analysing brokerage fees would be beneficial but candidates with a strong academic background who are in BAU operations roles currently would also be considered. The firm have a broad base salary banding (£40-60k) and are happy to see profiles across a range of experience levels – historically the fund have been particularly strong on bonuses, taking them into the upper quartile for total comp in comparison to their competitors.
  • Operations Associate role with a leading global Hedge Fund, paying up to £60k depending on experience – role will focus on T+1 process and will incorporate BAU responsibilities as well as project work. Successful candidate would have daily exposure to external stakeholders and the trading desk.
